Help I just bought a new cwd baby and put it in with Ziggy. He caulked his leg and went after it, he looks so much bigger. I'm afraid for the new one! I was concerned about getting another but my cage is huge. I only went to get mealworms and couldn't resist! PLEASE HELP!!!

Unfortunately, after learning that Dragos's mom had one die after 24hours, I wouldn't risk it. I know when I bought Ziggy he was ill, but I looked over the baby and he looked good. I hated to return him but we only had him for 2 hours. We love Ziggy, he is enough. He was funny sorta, he got more excersise running today then in 2 months. The baby is fine. Thank you for the sites, I will check them out anyway!

I'm sorry you had to return the new arrival he sure missed out on a good parent in you. Personally I think you made the right choice for the moment but I encourage you to consider getting elements to finish a pair or trio once you have surplus caging and lights to setup quarantine tanks and go through the introduction process formally. The links I gave above is only a portion of the research available on introducing water dragons. I think armed with the knowledge and extra equipment ziggy will adjust just fine, Pooka sure went from mean to cuddly with skittle is a short time
