Circe is starting to come out more not a lot but she is getting in the pool and seems to be eatting.Someone wondered about her being intimadated by Cronus and Perseus lol not a chance more like the other way around Speaking of Cronus and Perseus they both have started digging like mad the last few days, I think they may lay eggs. This is just a guess as I don't really have a clue and maybe they just got a case of the digs. Hope the plants survive it. And last but not least FRED is still alive hasn't been turn into lunch so far

if they don't usually dig, it sounds promising for eggs. God luck. I have also been finding ecco-earth thrown all over the place and into the pool. I am hoping for eggs, also, but I'm afraid I won't even know they laid them. I've been keeping the substrate fairly damp and trying to keep the temps of the pool up to warm the dirt. One of the members on another forum actually hatched one without knowing they were even there.

your pics are great I thought about getting a basaliks myself but the thing that put me off was would they mate with the wds I have two one male one female as I just lost a female would I have to get a female basalik they are quite hard to get here unless you get a hatchling and I couldn't put that in with dracco and dray as they would think it was food

Just my opinion but I don't believe they can mate and produce young. The species of the Brown Basilisk is Basiliscus vittatus. Where the species of the Green (Chinese) Waterdragon is Physignathus cocincinus. The Australian Waterdragon is Physignathus lesueurii and so far I have only heard of one person that even got eggs from a pair.
