about time i got this going
after many failed attempts her it is 90% finnised
just need to seal the edges and tart the interior up
the early stage

no pics for a while and then i got to this point

added the old apple tree trunk

and finally testing temps with the glass in place
i recon i need bigger bulbs

the whole thing is made from packing material and cost next to nothing to build
glass and equipment cost me extra of course

Very nice, Baloo. I'm packing my suitcase and planning to move in tomorrow. You did a really good design job. Wrap some silk vines around the tree limbs to "green" everything up and add a nice, hardy live plant in a natrual clay pot to help with your humidity. DM

Very nice, came out looking great. How are the temps and humidity readings? Are they steady or are you having a hard time keeping them in check? When is the big move in date?
