A simple way to reduce your picture in size is to go into a photo editor such as PAINT
Open the picture in there Then under the IMAGE tab you will look for (STRETCH/SKEW) click there that opens a box You want to work within the (STRETCH) Portion I start by putting the number 50 in the vertical and horizontal box then click OK This will reduce your photo by 50% If it needs more repeat the process...
(**NOTE- the smaller the number you put in will be a larger reduction (ie placing 20 in both the vertical and horizontal box will make it smaller than if you were to put in 80 in both boxes**)
Another option is to use a site like Photobucket.com in there you can upload your photos then just hit the edit and choose to reduce it either 25% - 50% - 75% of the original size...
Personally I like the first option because you can still hit the undo button if it is too small and then just redo the last action you took with another number till you get it the size you want...
And if all else fails... Email it to me I will reduce it to a good size and email it back to you....

Well this is what I found when I went there... Over the next few weeks we will be upgrading our infrastructure to better serve our users. Therefore we are currently accepting new "free" accounts between 11am-1pm and 11pm-1am mst!
So you just have to hit it between those times and that time zone and I am sure that you will have the link for signing up for the free account

Once you have uploaded your photos you can either use the img link generated on there or you can use the one on here with the url for the photo when you place it on here is will look like this (URL GOES HERE) there wont be any spaces in the command I just put them there to show you... Here is a demo I will use the banner from here to show you... (command with spaces to show you what it will look like) www.geocities.com/little_dragon_keeper74/GDbanner1.JPG(command without the spaces to show you how it works)
