Hello Everyone!
I'm Ernest, a 37 year old guy from Colorado and a new Chinese Water Dragon owner. ;D
I spent more than a year researching and considering, and had narrowed my choices down to a CWD or a Beardie. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to acquire a 3 year old female CWD with a nice large enclosure. I pounced.
Here she is!
This is her the day after I brought her home:

She was shedding and the husbandry on her enclosure was a bit lacking... just a couple of UV bulbs and a hot rock for heat.
I've done some upgrades: Added a 150W ceramic heat emitter, brought cage temps and humidity up to spec, and added a much larger water dish & filtration system, and cleaned the bejesus out of her enclosure.
Here she is now in her newly cleaned and rearranged enclosure, looking a lot happier.

She's a great eater of crix, mealworms, and mice. She's also very docile and appears to enjoy contact with me. She loves her new water dish, bathing in it several times a day.
She is currently Nameless, as I reserve the right to give new additions new names and I haven't decided on one yet. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
