Does anyone know how to get in contact with this company other than e-mail?? I wrote to them a couple weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. Problem is, I have 2 tanks, both under warranty still, only had them for 4-5 months at the MOST and both of them are cracked now. The warranty states that they are covered for leaking and cracks for 1 year, but the store I got them from, the one I work at, told me that they won't replace them, that cracked glass isn't covered under the warranty , but it states right on the sticker that it is. It also states the dealer is authorized to replace the damaged one for the customer and All Glass will reimburse the dealer. Have any of you had to deal with this problem?? I'm hopeing to get in contact with the company w/out my boss knowing i'm going behind his back. I think he's just trying to tick me off.
