I just got back from taking Saki to the vet and everythings good. They did a fecal exam and he has no parasites. The vet also looked at his mouth and said that it doesn't look that bad and wouldn't cause any problems, but to watch it in case it gets worse.

Great! Glad to hear Saki is looking good. It's always a good sign when the vet cannot find parasites in the fecal check. Thanks for keeping us updated on that.

Wonderful news! Keeping parasites in check is difficult and a negative fecal is great news. But do watch the mouth carefully. My vet used a rubber spatula (like for mixing things) to gently open Drago's mouth so he wouldn't damage her mouth.
I've been waiting for some GOOD news about a vet visit and you've provided it! Yay!

Awol never really cared much for water till he got about a year old and even now only sits far enough in to get his belly wet.

I think it is each indiviual water dragons preference. Puff (my 14 month old)goes in the water to poo and thats about it. Baloo (couple months old) on the other hand LOVES to splash around and play in the water.
VERY cute WD BTW! I love the Private Pool sign, to cute!!

Saki looks very active and alert, very cute CWD. Pooka goes through phases. Soedays she will spalsh in the water all day long and other days she will avoid even the slightest misting. We have made it a point to give her a 10-20 minute soak in the sink daily usually in the morning and she sometimes will voluntarily get in the sink other times she doesn't go so easy. Pooka certainly is unawre of the fact that she is a CWD, she thinks she is a human baby I swear. Anyhow, I am a believr in each water dragon having there own personlaity and tatses alot of the time.
