Tryed Pinkies with the girls

As it says in the subject line I tryed to get my girls to eat pinkies. Do notice the word TRYED. Actually I was feeding my corn snake Silky and he didn't want the last couple pinkies so I figured I would see if the girls would eat them. The Answer to that one is NOT!!! I finally stuck the nose between Perseus's lips and she bite the nose off an spit it out. So much for that Tryed with Cronus and she didn't even get a nose in her. Sooooo now they hate me well at least Circe doesn't hate me more than she normally does she hides to well for me to find her so she didn't get torchered with a mouse. Guess I'm back on the lady from 773H list

Well my girls are a bit picky, but not spoiled at all just ask anyone here lol ya and they will tell ya I baby them constantly. If you check out the link under my signature its my site about them got a fair amount of pictures and lots of information Well I call it my site but the girls are the ones actually did all the talking in it i just took dictation

I'm with Daremo on this one. I havn't tried pooka on pinkies yet but when I do I will start with live to get her accustomed to the taste. She will attack moving things more readily then unmoving.

I know that pinkies are awsome for all reptiles! Their calcium level is TOPS! I just can't get myself to feed them tho..... I really HATE rodents! That's why I have never ventured to the snakes! I think that they are beautiful, but I just can't feed rodents.....

I think I need therapy!!

They were frozen/thawed thats all my corn snake can eat he has a kink in his back and I just used what he didn't want. I do figure the girls would be more likely to eat live, tho Cronus did eat a thawed pinky once. I think she had it ate before she realized what it was, she didn't look happy to me and sure didn't look like she wanted another one. I do wiggle them around in front of them. That mostly gets me the eyes closed you don't exsist thing. As for live well you do know I have pet rats ¿¿¿right??? If the didn't eat it I would have to try to make it a pet. LOL and for all I know they might want it as a pet like Fred fish. Just what I would need a mouse living with the girls
