eggs

Well dray my female has been gravid for what seems like ages and was laying eggs every where in the water,on the shelf anywhere she lay but on friday night she had dug a large hole beside her nesting box and started to lay eggs there I actually watch her laying them it was amazing and then she covered them that well it took me ages to find them but I eventually did and got nine lovely white eggs she was watching me when I was looking for them as if to say don't touch my eggs so I am keeping my fingers crossed that some may hatch as the one she laid before have came to nothing

Thats wonderful, what a great site to experience. I can only hope Pooka trusts me that much when her time comes. Her appetite has picked back up in the last few days though so I am thinking she may hold over her full cycle untill spring, I'm crossing my fingers and dropping the light time incrementally for the winter.
