Hi Guys
Do you have any tips for fussy eating dragons? I have two, one eats practically anything but the other seems to only like wax worms, he's not putting on v much weight and can only manage about 2/3 wax worms at a time.
I live in Essex and there isnt much choice near me of what to feed them on. I've just bought some meal worms to try them on....
But i'm a bit worried about him....
Any suggestions?

Water dragons are fussy eaters. I ordered 250 superworms for my wd and he decided he didn't like them anymore, so I had to give them to the local shelter. Now he's on a pinky kick. He will eat an occasional wax worm or cricket but most of the time he closes his eyes when I offer him anything but a pinkie. Just keep trying different food items. Good luck.

i guess i got 2 lucky WD's cause anything i put in the tank they eat... mostly they eat meal worms and crickets, but they love butter worms, silk worms, wax worms, normal earth worms from ground outside.. , potato bugs (rolly polly's) from outside, and a few other local bugs i find.. i havent had any of my wd's say no to me yet. i've found that the earth worms i find under rocks are great to cover in the calcium. make my wd's bones srtong...
