hello! I have a sail fin water dragon before he had a wound on his mouth then it heals but it makes his mouth deformed the wounds leaves a huge cut on his skin near his mouth, I would just like to ask if will it go back on its original form even w/o a surgery?

If the wound is only in the flesh and not infected there should be no reason the mouth should not heal if cared for. If there was an infection or tissue damage that was deep it *may* be permenant. I may be able too offer a better opinion with a pciture...
