Hello fellow GD members. As many of you know the leadership team and I have been working on a new skin for the Graceful Dragons Forum. This skin is nearly complete for this phase and I invite you all to take a look at the test forum and post any comments you have. This test forum is just that a 'test forum' you cannot register for it and you cannot post on it. I just ask that you explore it a bit on your favorite computer browsers and tell me what you think about it so I can make any final chnages before I copy code to this site. Well, I love the contrast of the various colors BUT after looking at it closely for a few minutes the green was too overpowering and was causing me considerable eye strain. Any way to tone it down or mute it slightly so it is not so "bright and shiny"? maybe it's just my "old" eyes.

its awesome but like dragos mom said it may be a little strain on some people cause of all the shiny dark and light lettering and stuff

I adjusted the colors a bit. Let me know if those are more difficult to read or more easy.

I like it allot but it is hard to read the Black text on the dark green background I think you should make the text a lighter color but not two bright.

I thought pretty much the same as everyone else. Maybe make the background a little lighter and the text darker Why change it? i reckon it is excellent the way it is  |

The latest version is much easier on the eyes (for me at least). You sure do nice work! It's beautiful!

Thanks for all the comments, I certainly couldn't have done it without Elizabeth showing me the ropes on this forum template and DaremoAlpha doing graphics work for me, big thanks to them, abd all you you for taking time to look. I'll will leave this thread up for another week to welcome comments and suggestions. If leaving a suggestion be very specific so I know what to look for. I don't have the time to make the transition this week but I'll try to get it done within the next few weeks. Thanks again.

I love it the way it is right now. I put both the new and old beside each other, and the new one stood out greatly. Good work to all!
