have any of the exprerienced breeders here ever had any problems with their males hemithingy becoming stuck extruded?? probably do to pre-mature exraction from the female?

I have not that that issue but then again I am no experienced breeder. My dragons are only now starting to become of an age to attempt copulation. A prolapsed hemipene is a bad deal though if I recall correctly. I belive there is a possible home remedy for mild cases like putting the lizard in water to see if he retracts it though you may wanna research it a bit more. Perosnally, my advice in such a situation is always going to be a vet visit. Any kind of prolapse is life threating if not dealt with so no reason to take a chance IMO. Wish I could have been of more help.

Yeah i talked with the vets when it happened, and they said to keep it lubricated and moist and see if it retracts... Tricia mentioned maybe to soak him in extremely sugary water...
