Ok I took part in the last raffle and now I want to see more of our people take part too eh.

Last months Contest was a good start for all that were involved and it did raise some good funds for a donation. But for me good is not good enough. So it is time to have another and I hope more people get in on this one.
After this contest we will be voting on were the money that the two Contests brought in, will go. Now to vote you must have bought a ticket, if you did not buy a ticket then you will not be able to vote. I believe this is only fair for the simple reason it is your money. Now as you can see the list of players in the last Contest and what they purchased in tickets and money. And I want to Thank Them for doing that.

This Contest is going to have a couple of more gifts to it. I decided to do a 1st place and a 2nd place and a 3rd place prize!
1st Place Will Be a Temperature Gun for your reptile, From Reptile UV!
2nd Place will be a $25.00 Gift Certificate, from 4littlepets!
3rd Place will be will be a t-shirt, from are store!
Now on the 3rd place prize you can have a picture of your favorite pet on it, I will just need a picture!
Now all the prizes I will be buying out of my own pocket and will be sent straight to you from the places I buy them from.
So after the end of each contest and the winners are picked, I will need a complete address to where to send the prize to. Which I will send you E-mail and a PM asking.
Now how to get in to this? Well you will have to have a Paypal account or you would have to send me a money order for the price of a ticket or tickets which ever the case may be. I return will then send you E-mail with the tickets or ticket numbers in it. (Sorry no personal checks or cash, if this happens the money will be sent back to you in a certified letter. This way I will have a receipt and you will have to sign for it to get the letter.) The same will work with the prizes that are won. It will be sent needing a signature from you to get it. So I have a recorded of you receiving it.
Now for the account for the Contests it will be under my name and my name only and my checking account. So when the money is donated I can transfer the money from Paypal to my account plus make up any difference that Paypal takes out. So that all the proceeds from the contest will go to the organization that we the reptile community vote on. And so I can have a bank check written out for the organization that we as the reptile community decides to donate to.
Now this Contest will start April 15th of 2005 and end on May 27th of 2005 which the drawing will be held on May 29th of 2005. This one will be a little longer for the reason I will be on vacation between May 15th to the 22nd and I will have a person that I trust sending out the tickets for that week.
Now it was brought to my attention that some people are having a problem with there e-mails and some how are not getting the tickets. I have the e-mails I have sent out and your numbers are recorded in my e-mail and in my computer and on paper. For this reason I will send it though a PM for members of my Forum. If you do not get the ticket numbers though the Email Please contact me and I will send them in Yahoo Messenger or to another email addresses that you are not having problem with. Or send it though a PM on the other Forum you belong to. If none of these works then I will post the numbers in a thread with your name on it. And leave it there tell the Contest is over.

The questions that should be asked are the ones pertaining to the contest and not any legal Questions for the reason that I am not a lawyer and I cannot see calling my attorney up every time a legal Question arises. So for any legal questions you will have to ask your attorney to get the answers to.
Now for the people that are not a member to my forum, and would like to participate in the contest, this is open to the public and you do not have to be a member to participate in the contest. So anyone can participate if they care to do so. By participating in the contest you are agreeing to terms set forth for the contest. Which has been mentioned above and in this letter.
For the drawing for the contest it will be done like this. How the drawing will work I will put all the numbers that have been purchased in a bucket and by shaking it up a 3rd party that is not participating in the contest will draw the number or numbers for the prizes that has been mentioned.

As the numbers are being drawn there will be a camera their taking pictures.
Now for people that are playing in the contest and are willing to give up the prize they are going to have to pick or donate the prize to whom ever they want, it is up to them to pick that person not me. So people that are will to donate the prize or give it up to another person you will have to do so. By sending me a PM or an Email, I am willing to send the prize to where ever you want it to go. But you have to send me something in writing. No exceptions.
For people that have purchased a ticket for other people to participate in the contest only the people that have purchased tickets can participate in the voting. So if your name is not on the receipt from Paypal or Money order you may not participate in the voting or the contest.
For people that use a different name on their Paypal account like for example:

So if you did not purchase a ticket or have paid through a Paypal account with another name than you’re real name and you have not contact me then you’re not eligible to nominate anyone or vote and it will be deleted from the thread.
So to vote and to nominate an organization you have to follow the rules mentioned above.
