Here are the girls just hanging out together. Ok actually Here is Perseus and Circe together I added Cronus on the frog couldn't leave her out after all. You can see they get along well tho Circe is still big on hiding. She does eat and soak, still needs to get more uvb but I'm adding another light over the pool soon. That should help I hope. Not a book today just a chapter or 2

I hope Circe is supposed to be brown! I've not seen a basilisk before! Your guys are looking great! it's hard to believe Cronus used to be so sick!

yes Circe is a brown baskilisk, sure makes her fade into the background well. Cronus has had an amazing recovery, thank goodness shes a tough critter. And surely not spoiled lol ya right and the laziest critter I have ever come acrossed, I think she would starve rather than actually catch a bug. Set a bug in front of her and she just looks at me like ya right and I'm suppose to do what??? They all seem to be doing well and I'm adding another uvb light soon over the pool Circe hangs there most of the time so I figure it's the best way to make sure she (and Cronus and Perseus) have enough uvb. Can you have to much uvb That thought never crossed my mind goodness

I think you really can have too much UVB, but are not likely to exceed the amount required with just fluorescent bulbs. They degrade quickly and at 12" a Reptisun 5.0 is only emitting about 10. I went with a Powersun mercury vapor because of the size of my viv and I will be switching to a Mega-Ray bulb when the Powersun burns out. Circe just looks so cute sittng there with the CWD's.
