That isnt a real bearded dragon color. Either someone has used the program paint, or in fact painted that poor dragon  . I dont think there will ever be a blue bearded dragon |

If anyone ever figures out how to breed blue beardies I'd be first in line to buy one!!
Are you sure that's even a BD? I don't think it is...I don't see any 'spikes' on it's sides, and not enough on it's neck region either. There are blue Agamas , but I've never seen any THAT blue!

Something about the way the animal looks against its background does not seem natural to me. I am willing to wager that the animal has been 'photoshopped' to look like that.
Come to think of it, it looks a bit like a collard lizard to me judgeing by head size and shape, but I have never seen them or beardies get that color of blue.

Now that's a pretty neat rock lizard! It's pretty safe to say i'm obsessed with the color blue!! ;D
