like help them peel it off? cuz i want to help mine out when they shed but i wasnt sure if it would hurt them..

Technically I think no, it is not good to help them with a shed unless there is a problem then there are certain methods to do it properly

No It is not good to help them, sometimes you can pull off the old skin before the new skin is ready.

You can help them by bathing them. This helps them shed

I agree...pulling the old skin can hurt the new skin underneath. I know it's tempting though, it's like haveing a peeling sunburn and someone telling you ya can't peel it off! I help mine out by misting them with water a couple times a day. Usually by the next day the old skin is gone. I also mist the rocks in their enclosures and they like to rub on them while they are wet.
