I'm pretty sure i asked about this subject before. I lowered the temps in my beardies cage over the last 3-4 weeks and they are about as low as i will put them now.
Im pretty sure neither have moved basically, well from where they are (on and in the stump). They have pooped once each and haven't eaten any 'vegies' and the male quite willingly ate a couple of roaches, whereas the female isn't interested. Both look pretty lifeless (i'm hoping not dehydrated) as i have been spraying them daily, as they're not moving (so i know they haven't been near thier food bowl) Both pretty much look themselve as in sizes and colouring.
Is everything how it should be?

Are you brumating them for breeding?
You should gradually lower temps and day hours every few days until you get to 6 hours of daylight and about 88 degrees for the warm side. As you are gradually lowering temps and daylight hours, you should feed every other day, and then when you get to 6 hours of daylight you should not feed at all. You need to montior their weight to make sure they are maintaining it.
It sounds like your dragons are doing fine, just keep an eye on them:)

Yes this is for breeding. This is my 3rd year that i've had them for and decided that i didnt want to breed them the last season because i wasn't sure i knew enough about them etc. (and also i didn't believe they were big enough) I have been gradually lowering both the temps and lighting. I think the lighting has gone from about 12 hours to about 8.5 so i still have to lower them a little bit more over the next month or so. I will offer them more food, as i have only been offering about every 3-4 days as that is all they did seem to need. I'll check the temps and see where they are at Thanks for the help
