I have a chinese water dragon and an australian water dragon who both have very different personalities so i am wondering if one of them is maybe not doing well. my chinese water dragon is about 6 inches from head to the start of his tail so im am told he(or she i dont know which) is probably around 1 year old and it will eat out of my hand but if i dont have food and i go anywhere near it, it goes nuts, i mean crazy. it will run into the side of his tank trying to get away from me. he also attacks his own reflection in the glass on the front door of his cage! my australian water dragon is only about 3 inches from head to the start of his(or her) tail so i know it is very young and i would think that would mean it would be more active but this is not the case. it ussually finds one good spot in its tank and sits there for most of the day. he tries to get away from me when i grab him but once he is in my hand he is usually fairly calm. but for the most part he doesnt do anything. just sits.
Is there something wrong with them or are these normal personalities for water dragons??
