Help With New Dragon

I just got a new dragon (not sure her age) she is missing most her nails thinking from improper shedding conditions. One of her front feet are facing the wrong way I was told was bit when young but am wondering if is MBD, and the other doesn't seem to work. Her face is also kinda smushed, do you think it was from too small a cage?. her tail is brown and has a kink at the end also looks like she has some stuck shed on it (?). She also has two lumps on her, one under her eye and the other on her left hind leg. And she looked a little skinny but has fattened some. What do ya'll think of all these? Should I take her to a vet, it would be a few weeks though if I can, as I currently don't have enough money and I don't think my parents will lend me some for her bad enough i'll need them to drive me about an hour out to the closest one I trust, or do you think with the proper conditions she should recover? Those lumps really worry me though.
